This week, leading golfers with disabilities from across the globe took part in the inaugural G4D Open, staged in partnership with the DP World Tour and played at the Duchess course at Woburn, England.

Brendan Lawlor emerged victorious after holding his nerve during the final round to claim a two-shot win, with rounds of 70-74-75. The victory will see the Irishman return to the top of the World Rankings after coming into the week ranked as World No.2.

Not everything went Lawlor's way on Friday as he began the final round with three straight bogeys. Unfazed by the shaky start, Lawlor played his last 15 holes in a solid level par to secure the two-shot victory.

The field was packed with many of the world’s most talented golfers with disabilities, including eight of the world's top-10.

Lawlor has been a driving force in bringing disability golf into the mainstream. With two starts on the DP World Tour already, he's helped showcase the sport to a wider audience.
