TOP TEN: Peter Uihlein tops longest average drive on LIV Golf opener in Mexico

Charles Howell III’s produced one of his most memorable rounds as a professional golfer by taking the individual and team titles at LIV Golf Mayakoba, but it was Peter Uihlein that smashed his way to the top of the average drive distance charts over the three days.
Peter Uihlein eventually finished runner-up after he and Talor Gooch lead the way after day two. It was Howell’s bogey-free 8-under 63, the lowest score of any player on the season opener, that secured the trophies.
Second place Uihlein did however manage to average an impressive average drive distance of 316.3 yards, beating big hitting American Dustin Johnson on 315.7.
