The R&A, the governing body for golf outside the United States and Mexico, has announced the inclusion of two new venues for Regional Qualifying ahead of The 151st Open championship at Royal Liverpool.

Burhill and Lindrick will host qualifying events on the 26th of June, alongside the previously designated venues of Alwoodley, Caldy, County Louth, Ferndown, Goswick, Hesketh, Kedleston Park, Kilmarnock (Barassie), Minchinhampton, Moor Park, North Hants, Northamptonshire County, and Rochester & Cobham Park.

The draw for each qualifying event is now available on the official website of The Open. Participants will compete in an 18-hole stroke play competition, with successful qualifiers proceeding to the Final Qualifying event being held on the 4th of July at Dundonald Links, Royal Cinque Ports, Royal Porthcawl, and West Lancashire.

The inclusion of Burhill and Lindrick as venues for The Open's qualifying process represents the R&A's efforts to provide equal opportunities for golfers across various regions of the world.

The 151st Open championship will be held at Royal Liverpool from 14th to 17th of July, with the best golfers from around the world participating in the prestigious competition.
